We offer three gourmet meals a day that are served in an Outdoor Thatched-covered Dining room with a breathtaking view of the coastline cliff scenery. We use mostly organic FRESH ingredients from our garden and orchard as well as from LOCAL Sustainable Farmer Friends that offer a great variety of produce from the diverse growing zones of our mountain range. We include mainly Fresh caught fish in our dinner menus, but, as meals are planned according to our guests own dietary preferences, menus can be adapted to vegetarian, vegan, gluten and lactose free options. Our cooking is mainly a Mexican/Lebanese/Asian fusion. Reviews consistently compliment the amazing food experience that Yiimtii offers.

TASTY DRINKS

Naim’s Arabic Style Coffee never fails to be complimented by coffee lovers. We are fortunate to have access to an extraordinarily delicious organic Pluma coffee roasted to perfection.

We offer wonderfully cooled beer, white wine, red wine and homemade hibiscus ginger kombucha. If you are in for an exotic lemonade, our young lemonade visionary, Mishka, can prepare you one that you will always remember.

Delightful Herbal hot and cold teas. In fact, every dinner is accompanied by a tasty hibiscus cold tea.

Daily Menus and SPECIALTIES:

The cooking is mainly Mexican/Lebanese fusion. Meals are served in the dining area of our home.

Whether Sweet or Savory, Light or Hearty, your ideal breakfast is guaranteed. Plates of Fresh Tropical Fruit with our Home made granola and Savory Combinations with the organic daily fresh eggs of Yiimtii’s Chicken Family, Marytere is known to come up with awesome, healthy and appetizing daily breakfast options.

Yiimtii’s Legendary Guacamole:

Traditional but Superlative, accompanied with our Organic Corn Blue Tostadas… While serving it to a Vegetarian French Pop Star that had been touring Mexico, he said this was the best Guacamole he had had in all of Mexico and in fact in the whole World! He and his girlfriend spent a week at Yiimtii and told us that our Vegetarian Menu was better that the Best Vegetarian Restaurant in Paris! One of our most Memorable Food Praises indeed!

Nopales and Sweet Potato Salad:

Our own version of the Mexican Cactus Leaves Salad, an exquisite flavor combination that will make you see Stars in plain daylight.

Veggie Patties:

Veggies, Oatmeal, Fresh Herbs and Nuts combined to superbness served with our Signature Sweet Peaunut Sauce.

Yiimtii Ceviche:

We are confident to declare that our Ceviche can be cataloged as one of the best in the world. Starting with the freshest and finest fish cooked in lemon, we make a fusion between the Mexican and Peruvian styles, adding a touch of our own intuition to come up with the most splendid medley.

Turkish Fish:

Perfectly Roasted Fish with a relish of finely chopped cilantro, red onion cooked in lemon and nuts. Served with Naim´s legendary Tahini Sauce… this dish is sure to be kept in your Most Delicious Memories of Food blisses. (Vegetarian Version available with Roasted Heirloom Baby Squash).

Fish a l’Orange:

A Caramelized onion and Orange zest Delight.

Fish Stir Fry:

An Asian Fusion version of Magnificently Stir Fried Local Veggies with Marytere´s Special Soy ginger peanut sweet sauce, this dish is light, healthy and sublime! (Vegetarian Version Available).

FIish Pozole:

A Healthy Twist on the Traditional Mexican Dish, our Pozole is so yummy you’ll ask for seconds.

Daily Chef Salad:

With Organic Soft Lettuce Hearts our daily salad combination is always served with Naim´s Unique Famous and Acclaimed Dressing, to say the least, children have begun eating salad because of it!

There’s a place for every Sweet Tooth in Yiimtii with Naim’s magnificently caramelized Plantains served with a dash of fresh cream, or Marytere’s daily baking delicacies.
